Examination System
The student must register the subjects in which he wishes to take the exam in the form prepared for this purpose, provided that he bears his signature and the date of the announced exam.
The student is allowed to enter the exam in four subjects as a minimum and six subjects as a maximum, and it is permissible to deviate from that except for scientific reasons and within the limits of two subjects with the approval of the coordinator of scientific affairs and the dean of the college at the request of the student in particular.
If the student enters the exam in more than six subjects without obtaining prior permission, the results of the first six courses are approved only according to their inclusion in the course registration form and the results of the courses in excess of that are canceled.
Students of Sam City University College are not entitled to transfer from one scientific department to another except once, and they may not register in two departments at the same time, and in case of violation, only the student studies the courses of the department in which he registered first, without prejudice to disciplinary accountability, shall be considered.
